After the successful practice journeys in the deserts of Saudi, 42 of BSD Duke of Edinburgh participants undertook their final challenging adventurous journey in the rocky mountains of Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE last week.
The participants demonstrated some essential life skills such as resilience, problem-solving, team-work and responsibility. The culmination of their experiences were relaxing in hot spring pools and fun challenges including the via ferrata, obstacle courses, archery and bushcraft.
